Adult Day Support

The Adult Day Support program assists individuals who are coping with changes in their physical and/or mental health, aiding them to continue to live in their own homes by providing a variety of supportive programs in a safe environment.

The Day Program provides recreation, socialization and personal care for clients and daytime respite for caregivers.

Attendance is based on need and space availability. William Booth takes direction on all admissions from the SHA.  Apart from statutory holidays, the Adult Day Support Program currently operates five days a week, Monday to Fridays from 9am to 4pm.

Recreation activities include entertainment, cognitive, spiritual, and physical programs. A nutritious, hot noon meal and snacks are included.  If approved, some clients will have access to a tub bath.

If you or your family feel that these services would benefit you and would like more information, please contact your Home Care Case/Assessor Coordinator Manager or call 306-766-7200.
